Term & Conditions

Using or purchasing via our website means that you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below. When placing an order with Silver Forge, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer. All prices are shown in British Pound Sterling and include all taxes applicable to the UK mainland.

1. PRODUCTS
Product descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please note that we may alter specifications of our products from time to time. Each product is handmade and therefore unique. No two pieces will be identical. Patterns and colours vary. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Whilst every effort has been made to portray items accurately, no liability is accepted for any perceived variations between website depiction and actual product.

2. PRICES
Prices are correct at the time of publishing. It may be necessary to change prices from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

3. LIABILITY
If a product arrives damaged or a mistake has been made with an order, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) the product at no additional expense to the customer. We accept no liability for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check products carefully and report any problems within 48 hours from receipt of goods. No liability will be taken for visible defects identified after this period.

4. LEAD TIME
All of our products are made individually to order and therefore lead times vary. Lead times for each product will be confirmed at time of order. Please note that as all products are hand-made and demand varies depending on the time of year lead times may be extended. Please order well in advance if you require delivery for a specific date. All items in a single order will be dispatched together and therefore the item with the longest lead time will dictate the delivery date of all items.

5. CANCELLATION
All products are made to the customer's specification and therefore "personalised" as recognised by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. As such it is not possible to return products unless faulty. You have the right to amend or cancel your order within 48 hours after the acknowledgement of order has been communicated. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the cost of the product should cancellation occur after 48 hours.

7. COPYRIGHT AND DESIGN RIGHTS
All copyright, design rights and other intellectual property rights in our designs and products are owned by Silver Forge. Any use, printing or copying of materials on this website, other than in the course of selecting products and ordering from us is prohibited.

8. PRIVACY
Silver Forge respects the privacy of the individual. We will never pass on your details to any third party or even any of our affiliates unless specifically requested by you to do so. We also hate spam as much as you and will not contact you unless you indicate that you want us to. Let hope other companies follow suit!
