The Westmorland County Show was great
2015 was another great show with the weather turning out to be very good indeed.
My stand was in the craft tent where the likes of Interlude Ceramics also exhibited. I love the vibe of this show as it has such a mixed variety of things on display – from animals and tractors all the way through to hand crafted goodies.
The food is also great too, with plenty of local producers selling tasty lunches and snacks. Not great if you are hungry and stationed near the food tent – the smells are out of this world!
This year saw the most ever attendees (over 30,000 people!) and the buzz was fantastic. The next county show will be held on Thursday 8th of September 2016 at Lane Farm, Crooklands, Kendal, Cumbria LA7 7NH. Hopefully the good weather trend will continue.
